Is it the Inability or the unfairness?

What bugs you more? ....
Unfairness ...any day.
Shouldn't it be the Inability?
Lets break that question.

Is it something you couldn't do ? or Is it something somebody didn't do right?
Is it something you should have done it better? or Is it something somebody should have done it better?
Is it something that was under your control ? or Is it something that was under some one else's control?

Off course It should have been "the Inability".

But its not....
